With the large-scale implementation of smart fields and multi-span greenhouses, agricultural robots for pest control, harvesting, and environmental inspection have become standardized agricultural equipment. Industry real measurement data shows that under the conventional contact-based centralized charging mode, the failure rate of plugging and unplugging charging in open fields and greenhouses with high humidity and dust is as high as 41%. Manual recharging and fault reset significantly increase the labor costs of the farm. The three major drawbacks of traditional contact charging in agricultural scenarios are as follows:

1. Rapid damage in outdoor environment: The field soil, pesticide water mist, high humidity in greenhouses, and ammonia gas from livestock farming continuously corrode the metal connectors, causing contact oxidation and short circuits within 3 months; during rainy seasons, water accumulates and morning dew seeps into the interfaces, resulting in frequent short circuits and equipment shutdowns.

2. Unavoidable human intervention: Insertion and removal, as well as fault reset, must be performed by dedicated personnel. Large-scale farms of thousands of acres need to assign one full-time staff to monitor the charging process daily, with annual labor costs exceeding 28,000 yuan.

3. High positioning requirements: Uneven dirt roads and ridge trenches in the fields cause positioning errors. Contact charging requires high precision docking, and the navigation fine-tuning takes up a significant amount of time.

The WIRELESSPT agricultural-specific wireless charging module is strictly developed in accordance with full waterproofing standards. It is equipped with three power output options of 240W, 300W, and 1200W, which are suitable for small inspection robots, medium-sized harvesting robots, and heavy-duty agricultural spraying robots. The entire machine has IP67 full-sealed protection. The working temperature range covers -40°C to +60°C. It is not affected by summer sun exposure, winter frost, or condensation water in greenhouses. The standardized design of the metal shielding area avoids interference from the steel frames of greenhouses and the metal parts of agricultural machinery in the field. The old and new agricultural robots do not need to make significant modifications to the wiring. The system is equipped with 2.4G radio frequency communication. The background synchronously displays the charging voltage, temperature and fault codes in real time, remotely monitors the battery life status of the robots, and ensures stable operation of unmanned night-time agricultural operations.
