Under the background of the widespread adoption of intelligent manufacturing and smart warehousing, electric forklifts and unmanned heavy-load AGV forklifts have become the core equipment for material transportation in factories, vertical warehouses, and logistics parks. Day-and-night shift operations and three-shift operations have become the norm. The three major industry problems of traditional wired charging:

1. High efficiency loss. The contact charging requires extremely high accuracy for docking alignment. Even a few millimeters of X/Y axis deviation will prevent charging. When multiple forklifts are operating simultaneously, the charging area often queues up for a long time. Manual/robot arm docking requires repeated adjustments, occupying transfer time. The overall utilization rate of forklift equipment in the industry is generally below 65%.

2. High operation and maintenance costs. The charging plates and plugs are constantly covered with dust and oil, and oxidation and corrosion occur frequently. The entire set needs to be replaced every 3-4 months. Cable dragging and wear, overheating and short circuit faults occur frequently. The annual expenditure on spare parts and manual cleaning exceeds 100,000 yuan.

3. Severe safety risks in scenarios. In chemical, grain, and powder processing warehouses, plugging and unplugging generate electric sparks, and there is a risk of dust and flammable gas explosion. In outdoor storage yards, wiring is prone to leakage in rainy and snowy weather. Wired charging cannot be adapted to the full unmanned warehouse dispatching system and requires dedicated personnel to operate.
